Interview
The interview process consisted of two over the phone interviews with HR and one in person interview with the department manager. The HR interviews consisted of traditional questions. The in person interview was a bit more intense. It was with two managers and it felt more like an interrogation. At times the interviewers seemed uninterested and more concerned about lunch.

- One with the recruiter pretty straight forward. Go into past work expirences. - 1 hour interview with the team you would possibly work with during the internship

Very standard interview. Two interviewers, asked standard questions like why Rocket. Use STAR format to answer to be successful. Also try to be friendly and be interpersonal if you can.

Pretty simple, phone screening and then Zoom interview with member of your team and your manager/leader. All behavioral with typical "tell me about yourself" style questions, make sure to research some of the "isms" before hand if you really want to make it look like you're prepared
