I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2016
Interview
Several telephone interviews. This was a great interview experience. They are professional and know what they are doing. They also don't leave you hanging and get back with you when they say they will. Impressive.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
In addition to background questions they asked me to describe a bad decision I made as a leader. They use a fair interview process for their initial interviews - I believe candidates are initially asked the same questions. They do a great job providing company information as well.
3-4 rounds of 1:1 interviews - only 30 mins each. They ask a few questions about your experience and maybe have time for one or two of your questions at the end. After the final interview it took over 3 weeks to hear back and all you get is a generic template with no reasoning on why you weren’t selected.

Interview
Received my first phone screen within two weeks of applying. Learned about company culture and just discussed Quicken Loans culture. Then a week later got a phone call asking for me to interview with another person. Felt interview went well but did not get any contact within the time frame they provided. Reached out and they finally got back to me saying they had no openings.
