Interview
Had a phone screening as the first step, after that was given a credit check to see if I would be able to be licensed in every state. After that went through filled out the application for back ground check going back to 10 years and then did a phone interview that lasted about an hour. When you are done with phone interview the recruiter will talk to a higher up mortgage banker and see if they want to interview you, if they do they will call back and set up a date and time. The in person interview is pretty casual feeling and I am sure it depends on who you have. They might do a sales call it just depends on who you have.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
