Interview
Three phone interviews, each with a different recruiter. All very basic behaivoral questions and they were all very similar. The last of the three was a conference call with the managers but they still asked pretty much the same questions. Just have stories for things like "name a time you didn't get along with someone in a group" and similar questions.
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.
