Interview
Applied online and within a week I was contacted by the HR department. Answered a few simply questions to HR and then received a call from my boss to have a phone interview to see if I was a good fit and asked scenario questions. A week later they offered me the position. Overall very laid back and relaxing process.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied in early October, and received a response within two weeks asking for an interview. It was over the phone and was mostly walking through my resume and then going through a couple of questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rocket
Interview
Met a rep at a university career fair. I wasn't able to apply online due to a glitchy website, so I emailed one of their many campus recruiters, who quickly put me in touch with a local campus recruiter for my area. The guy he put me in touch with emailed me the very next day asking about my availability for the next two weeks, and we had an interview set up within 2 days of me reaching out to the company. Phone interview was mostly behavioral, and not bad, if you had prep for it.
