I applied online for a role and was contacted by a recruiter within two days. We scheduled a time for a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview consisted of an overview of the position as well as a walk through of my resume. The recruiter told me he'd forward my resume to the hiring manager and if there was interest for a 1:1 interview he would be in contact. I received an email/call in the next few days to set up a time to meet w/the hiring manager for the following week. I scheduled my interview for earlier in the week(Tuesday/Wednesday) with the hope I would get an offer by the end of the week. The offices are bright and open. I was really impressed with the energy upon walking into the building. The team leader was really knowledgable and passionate about the role as well as the company; which made for a great interview and interaction between us. He started talking about the company as a whole, his experiences, the culture(which they are really BIG on), then followed up with some behavioral questions, an walk through of my resume/experiences, ended with a tour of the facility, and a coversation about what to expect next. It felt like an interview from the standpoint that I was trying to get a job but a major part of there culture is to create non-corporate work environment and I really felt that message loud and clear. I received/accpeted my offer from the recruiter by the end of the week on a Friday afternoon. I will say get ready for an EXTENSIVE background check. Anything you leave off from an employment perspective from the last 10 years be ready to explain yourself. That was the only negative part in my opinion having to explain every little thing from credit discrepancies to employment discrepancies, etc.
