Interview
Recruiter were exceptional in guiding me through the interview process. Kept in constant communication regarding next steps. Interviews were challenging yet fair. Good blend of work/skills knowledge with cultural fit testing. Advice would be to let as much of your personality shine through on the interview as possible. Because the interview will be performed by a lot of people that you will be working with on a regular basis, part of the analysis will be on how well of a fit your personality and work style is with the rest of the team.

Question 1
How do you deal with conflicting deliverable deadlines and urgency of meeting priorities?
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.
