On the plus side Quicken is committed to phone screening every applicant, unfortunately, they are not committed to ensuring the right person is on the phone to conduct the screen. The interview is heavily scripted and probably appropriate for every entry level job at Quicken. For anything more than 3 years of working experience, they need some seasoned resources on the phone.
