I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online for a marketing internship and heard back from the company within 2 weeks via phone call. The interview process consisted of 3 over the phone interviews with the same recruiting agent. It went quite smoothly the questions really weren't challenging. Each interview took no more than 45 minutes, probably closer to 30 minutes. The first round consisted of fairly broad questions such as, what position I would like, my knowledge of the company, and how I heard about the position. The second phone was more in depth with questions about my own work experience and exactly what type of marketing I'm interested in, analytical vs creative. The last call consisted of an overview of the past interviews and either a job offer or decline.
