First call was just a feel out call, second call was more technical. I then was brought into the office for a interview. Everyone was very nice and welcoming during this process

Went over IT related questions from easy to very extreme questions.
Very quick process with phone screening and then scheduling technical interview within 2 weeks. The phone screening occurred in the same day I applied for the job and it took less than 30 min.
