Interview
Applied online and received a call the next day. Basic phone screen questions regarding resume, then they asked for approval to do a credit check and set up a time for a longer phone interview two days later. Second phone interview was mostly all behavioral/describe a time when. They prod at your answers quite a bit, so you need to stay on your toes. Afterwards, a third in office interview was scheduled. This was with the recruiter I had been talking to and a banking director. Around 30 minutes, and very redundant with the previous phone conversations. Then shadowed a banker for roughly 10 minutes. Wasn't in the building for more than an hour. Got a call the next day with a verbal offer, impending further background checks.

Interview
Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
