Interview
2 HR rounds 1 week apart; 15-minute interviews. Then a wait of another week for technical round. The HR interviews were very smooth mainly because of the interviewers, also I was well prepared. The technical round went on for 45 mins and questions asked were general object-oriented concepts and questions about things on my resume. The background check is a lenghty process.
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.

Interview
I received a phone call from the human resources representative and she said she wanted to review my resume with me. I called her back and we scheduled a time to talk. She called me right on time and we spoke for a half an hour.
