Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. Small 15 minute phone interview on current role and Microsoft Excel knowledge of Pivot tables and VLOOKUP. I was later contacted within the week by a Senior recruiter. More technical questions were asked in this interview. They ask about your experience with SQL, Agile methods, and past projects and your role in them. Very friendly staff and interview is mostly about your experience in this technical role.

Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.

Interview
I received a phone call from the human resources representative and she said she wanted to review my resume with me. I called her back and we scheduled a time to talk. She called me right on time and we spoke for a half an hour.
