Interview
First there was an initial 15-20 minute phone screen, which since I had applied for another position within the Quicken Loans Family of Companies, I'm pretty sure this is the standard "first interview" for any position in the FOC. Someone from Quicken Loans HR calls and asks basic questions like "Tell me about a time when you overcame an obstacle," and says someone will get back to you in the next couple weeks.
Then, my two team leaders, the people I'd actually be working with/reporting to for the summer called and we had about an hour-long interview where I was asked more position specific questions, so they could determine if I was qualified/a good fit.
About two weeks later I got a call from the initial HR representative I spoke with saying I got the position.
Never had an in-person interview.

Very standard interview. Two interviewers, asked standard questions like why Rocket. Use STAR format to answer to be successful. Also try to be friendly and be interpersonal if you can.

Interview
Pretty simple, phone screening and then Zoom interview with member of your team and your manager/leader. All behavioral with typical "tell me about yourself" style questions, make sure to research some of the "isms" before hand if you really want to make it look like you're prepared
