So far I have only been through the first interview round which was a short 15 minute conversation for the recruiter to get a better understanding of who you are. I received a follow up call 3 days later explaining that the position has been filled but that they would like me to interview for another internship position that I would be a good fit for. According to the QuickenLoans website once you apply for all jobs, which in my case held to be true. I think that this is a good standard for a company to hold so no qualified candidate misses out on an opportunity!

A 30 minute phone interview asking about why I want to work there, my work experience, my legal interests. Answered about a time I had to work with a team. Was not a hard first interview.

The internship process went very smoothly, the recruiter helped me find a role even after I didn't get one role. Overall, I'd say it was one of the better interview experiences I have had because I didn't have to jump through the hoops of multiple rounds of virtual interviews.

Applied online, received a phone call to interview via phone, then it was scheduled for the next day. Interview took place via phone and it was a very brief conversation. The person never asked if I had any questions and got straight to the point.
