It was fairly straight forward process. You are required to do a mock sales call during the interview process which is fairly simple as well. My past employers were drilled by the hiring team and all asked who was being hired for the job? They felt interogated and disrespected. I was asked the same questions in different ways by the recruiter which became a little exhausting. I felt like I was a graduate right out of college that had no previous work history and was told they do not like to hire people with previous mortgage experience for the job.
