2 phone interviews first is 15mins the 2nd is 30 minutes long.
3rd interview is face to face with VP at the office downtown. At first you shadow a top empolyee at the company for thirty minutes then you begin your interview with Vp. Know your resume and previous job history. Dont be Nervous. Be confindent. Dress professional. You got this.

quick and easy. It was 3 on the phone interviews, then i came in for a quick 15 minutes of shadowing and then the interview which is just basically a recap of the previous 3 interviews

I don't remember, they just asked basic questions like your 5 year plan and your 10 year plan. Why you would like to work there and the more you know about dan gilbert and QL the better.

Interview
The interviewing process took about two weeks. I filled out my application on a Monday night and then got contacted by the quicken loans recruiter the next day we talked for about 15 minutes and then she set up the second phone interview for the following week after we set up my in person interview and I interviewed with a leader at rock connections but prior to the interview I shadowed an account specialist and the overall environment was so laid back. The leader told me they would reach out to me in a few days and I received my verbal offer the following day. Then the company had to do the credit, employment, and background check that took a few days and then I received my written offer. I’m very excited to start.
