I submitted my resume to a friend working for the company. A recruiter contacted me withing a week to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of routine questions (ie. What are your strengths/weaknesses? Why are you leaving? etc.) I was contacted by the recruiter two days later informing me that they had another candidate in mind for the position.

All questions were really standard interview questions. There were no questions that left me at a lost for words.
It was a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. We talked about my background and relevant skills to the job posting. the tone of the conversation was extremely light and easygoing.
Initital with HR rep, then a phone call with hiring manager, then an in-person all day interview process where you meet the various teams you might work with. The strangest part for me was that during a previous interview where I didn't make it through, I was rejected because the interviewer thought I worked for a competitor and was just trying to learn company secrets or something.

It was a team interview, in a conference room with four other people. Two main people asked the questions, it was a bit intimidating at first, but overall a good interview.
