I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Oct 2012
Interview
I have been contacted by two different recruiters. The first recruiter that I was supposed to talked at the first place left the company. So I have interviewed with a different one. No specific questions, just what I have done in the past and what I wanted to do for my career. On the second interview with the other recruiter , same kind of questions. Nothing related to Project Management or Technical. I was promised to be called back in two days after the interview. Never heard anything back from them. After insisting calling them back and emailing back (After one week), I got a call saying they have decided to move other candidates
It was a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. We talked about my background and relevant skills to the job posting. the tone of the conversation was extremely light and easygoing.
Initital with HR rep, then a phone call with hiring manager, then an in-person all day interview process where you meet the various teams you might work with. The strangest part for me was that during a previous interview where I didn't make it through, I was rejected because the interviewer thought I worked for a competitor and was just trying to learn company secrets or something.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI)
Interview
It was a team interview, in a conference room with four other people. Two main people asked the questions, it was a bit intimidating at first, but overall a good interview.
