There was an initial phone screen with recruiter followed by a phone interview with the Vice President of Business Intelligence. The phone screen was mostly about my background with some behavioral questions. The second interview focused on my technical and management background and skills.

It was all good until the point they ask you your salary. they have no baseline to market salary. So my advice if you want the job start low and aim high after the selection process.
