So basically its really hard to get in if you don't know anyone, but many people work at quicken loans, and people know people. Therefore, you get an employee referral... they call you about 2 days later and ask you what your interested in and if you make it pass round 1 or if there are any positions available for whatever your credentials are... you get to round 2... then hopefully, you get offered a position.
