The interview process is very simple and laid back. I applied online, received a phone call the next, and the interviews began. First phone interview is a brief 15-20 minute interview where you answer personal questions about yourself. Basically, just sell yourself. Second phone interview, a more extensive 45 minute interview where you are asked questions about my you chose the company and the job specifically. From there the recruiter talks about the position(pay, job description etc.). Third interview, you are invited to interview with a senior banker at the location you are applying for (Detroit or Cleveland). I chose Detroit, and the directions to the parking garage are very simple. The recruiter shows you around the offices. The interview itself was very laid back. If you have been through interviews or enjoy talking, the interview should be no problem. The overall process was excellent. The recruiter was very professional and listened to every concern. The recruiter was with me through every step, and I hope to have a similar experience in my next job interview.
