QL needs to first train and prepare their employees for Interviewing process. To walk in a room full of over a dozen people with few absent is quiet outdated. The questions were mix of behaviorsal, personal and one third of questions unprofessional.

-- What do you think about detroit?
--how many cars of some color you saw parked on the parking level on your way here? (first they need to learn about meaning of assumption vs fact)
--look at your resume, what comes out to you? (seriously??)
