Applied through the website and was emailed in order to set up a phone interview after reviewing my resume. The first interviewer transferred me to a different colleague with whom I had a more in-depth interview. They were quite professional and called instead of emailed when they decided to pursue other candidates.

It's a great company to work for but some of the management are not a good match they seem to not review there own directors they hire but the hospital I worked for was great also to work with.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward with timelines followed very well. The questions were not overly complicated and the process was not drawn out. I would suggest being confident.
