I had an interview over the phone. The I have received calls from three different employees. They asked question like my work history. My weakness and strengths. My most complicated encounter and how did I handle it. they ask what makes me stand out from the rest. Also a highlight of my skills.
It's a great company to work for but some of the management are not a good match they seem to not review there own directors they hire but the hospital I worked for was great also to work with.

The interview process was very straight forward with timelines followed very well. The questions were not overly complicated and the process was not drawn out. I would suggest being confident.
