Interview
The interview consisted of two phone interviews which were situation, task, action, and review model. The phone interview was held with the talent recruitment department which was amazing. After speaking with the staff I can understand why they love working at Quicken Loans.

The questions they ask are not difficult just practice in the situation, task, action, and review process and you will do great.
It's a great company to work for but some of the management are not a good match they seem to not review there own directors they hire but the hospital I worked for was great also to work with.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward with timelines followed very well. The questions were not overly complicated and the process was not drawn out. I would suggest being confident.
