A short phone call to set up a time for an interview call. A time was fixed and received a phone call to discuss all the questions. Also received a call when I was rejected. The questions are pretty generic but confidence is the key.

I applied online for a Project Management Intern position with Rock Security, LLC (part of the Quicken umbrella). They called within a week and a recruiter went over my resume with me. The "internship" was actually seeking people with project management experience, so the recruiter offered to see if there were internships in other areas. He got back to me after about 3 business days to let me know there was nothing for me at the time. Generally pretty nice, but he spoke very quickly.
