Interview
They where quick in responding to my job application. I first received a phone call to set a date for a phone interview. After the phone interview took place they got back to me once they completed their phone interviews with all potential candidates, which took about a week. I was given an face to face interview which wasn't as intense as I thought it would be. The interviewer got to know me better and basically wanted to know why I thought I was a good fit for the position.

Question 1
During the interview I was given a test of how persuasive I could be over the phone. I was given some information about the company and some time to go over it and make notes so I could have some knowledge of what I was selling. Once I was ready, I proceeded with the mock phone call. The whole goal behind the call was to get the "potential customer" to use your services.

Interview
Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Tell me about a time you convinced someone to do what they didn’t want to do?
Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
