Interview
Brief phone interview followed by a credit/background check. Next step was an interview with a recruiter who makes you do a sample sales call to sell quizzle for 5 minutes. Next, a meeting with a sales Director followed by a 30-45 minute job shadow of a couple people in the position you applied for. Then asked to write an email to separate you from other candidates. Final notification of hire or not within 48 hours.

When you face adversity and you dont make sales for 18 months (which will happen says the director), how will you handle it?

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Tell me about a time you convinced someone to do what they didn’t want to do?
Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
