Spoke with the recruiter via telephone several times. The panel interviewers seemed as if they are going through the motions. The initial introduction wasn't inviting at all. Only one of three managers smiled-throughout the entire process. So ironic, due to the fact Quicken Loans require upbeat and energetic employees. I got the impression that they didn't want to be there-before the interview started. Quicken was hiring for approximately 20-25 employees. It appears that the interview process was wearing on them. I didn't get the position. When I received the call from the recruiter...he indicated due to the "feedback" he received. When I asked him on what was the "feedback" issues. He didn't respond. I am always looking for constructive criticism for my professional growth. I should have taken the advice of fellow co workers....stay clear of Quicken Loans the sweat shop.
