I applied online. The very next day I got a phone call from a recruiter. It was a short 15 minute interview. That same day I took a online 'virtual job tryout'. The 1st part of the tryout asked you how you would respond to a certain situation. You were given four options of how to respond. You had to select one option to indicate how you would most likely respond and then choose second option indicating how you would least likely respond. The 2nd part tests your multitasking ability. You had to listen to a recorded call and type in client information while receiving other calls that you need to transfer as well as messages from a supervisor you had to acknowledge. The third part required you to analyze a simple mortgage and type an email to a customer answering their questions. The final part was a simple personality test. The whole thing took me about an hour. I did not pass this exam and so was not offered the position. The recruiter was very kind and I honestly might apply again in 6 months. Besides not getting the job, the only I did not like about it was they never told you why you failed the virtual tryout. Other than that I was very happy with the process. The recruiter was easy to talk with, friendly and encouraging. Even when I failed the test, she took the time to call me and let me know I failed rather than just move on to the next potential hire and leave me waiting for a response.
Didn't make it that far because it didn't align with work life balance. they require you a minimum of 50-55 hours a week, and it was non-negotiable. makes sense for some, but not myself

Interview
Very thorough but aligned with their vision. I am excited to join a team with experience and passion for helping families succeed with their mortgage needs. I had a total of 4 interviews which were all over the phone and one through Zoom. My position is remote with ability to go into the office but required to do most of my work out in the field.
