Awkward, a waste of time, and overall unprofessional. The interview didn't test any intelligence, instead, they are asking confusing questions that would never be asked in the workplace.
I applied for a certain position, got interviewed for a different one, and got declined. I am glad I was because I would have declined their offer anyways as I saw the staff to be unprofessional, who wears a bob ross t-shirt to an interview? Apparently I wasn't weird enough to work for them and it's their loss.
The virtual chat was awkward and the roleplaying they have you do is far more awkward than actually talking to them. They said they have a blue cord, a black cord, and a white cord. News flash quicken, not all DVI, VGA cords are the same color. If the end-user gets a computer in the mail the tech department isn't going to send them 2 different display cables for one monitor, they are going to give what's necessary for the end-user to successfully hook up the computer.
End note- The interview was confusing and I almost just hung up on them as I knew it wasn't a fit for me.
