First phone interview was just a basic overview with a recruiter. I was given an assignment to complete over a weekend and was set up with an interview for the following Monday then changed to Thursday due to scheduling issues. Next interview was with direct leader and their leader. It was a getting to know you interview as well as a review of the assignment on my process and choices made. Was then told I’d hear the results by the end of the week. One week later I contacted them and was told once again I’d get information by end of week. I was finally contacted 2 weeks later with a no and no contact in the middle of that. Between past rushed interviews and this experience seems like their recruiting staff needs to be coached up on communication and interview skills.
