The process itself was too long for the results. Overall, the process took a little over a month. It took 3 weeks from the time I submitted my background check to the final call. Unfortunately, passing three interviews and having a stellar work ethic and never being fired from a job did not matter because I’ve had multiple jobs in the restaurant industry, which has the highest turn over rate of all industries. Not only do I feel like I unfairly lost out on a good work opportunity but the company also lost out on strengthening their team. I do not believe candidates should be judged based off of the number of jobs they had, but what they added to that specific company and the kind of employee they were.

Interview
Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

Question 1
What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you convinced someone to do what they didn’t want to do?
Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
