I applied, completed the tests, passes the credit checks, passes the interviews, and was also selected from multiple managers and my recruiter. I was called and given a verbal offer, which I accepted. The recruiter said there was one more background check to complete and then I will start. This verbal offer cam after a few weeks of trying to get the job. After another week or two, my offer was taken back from the recruiter. I was asked about information from 7 and 10 years ago, which I couldn't remember exactly because it was 10 YEARS AGO. Because of this, my offer was rescinded. I am unemployed and since I received the verbal offer, I didn't apply anywhere else because I was ready to start right away. I waisted 2 months of valuable time just to be told 2 weeks before training on November 19th that I was no longer offered the position for things that were 7 and 10 years old. The recruiting process is incredibly invasive, long, tedious, and full of misconception.
