Interview
First of all, it was a lengthy process. I had a phone interview with the recruiter first. The second step was a Virtual skills/personality test. Once you pass that phase you will have a zoom interview. There will be a background check-, so make sure nothing is in collections, If so, call the companies when you are about to fil out application for the job to set up and make payments. They will ask for evidence of payments. You will then need to compile every place of employment and addresses with ACCURATE dates. Do not lie on anything. Once that clears, if everything is good you will then get your verbal offer. The recruiters, HR, and the reps at Hire Right we all amazing. Very helpful and quick to respond. I feel great about the opportunity yo join the Rock Family.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
