Why are you leaving your current position? They asked this multiple times so have a detailed reason. Was told to really research company and ISMS but the manager was only 5 months into the company and did not ask me anything remotely related or and test of my knowledge of the company.
It was a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. We talked about my background and relevant skills to the job posting. the tone of the conversation was extremely light and easygoing.
Initital with HR rep, then a phone call with hiring manager, then an in-person all day interview process where you meet the various teams you might work with.
