It was a pretty easy interview. I had about 3-4 phone calls for about 30 minutes each. During the interview process, I also had to complete a virtual job simulation where you see a rough idea of what mortgage banking would be like

It was pretty simple. Phone interviews for every round, an occasional zoom interview with the hiring manager. Relatively easy questions to answer. Recruiters were always nice, on time, and prepared. The recruiters are also very open to questions and answer in complete honesty.
