Interview
Applied online. Was called a week later and asked if I could set up an informational interview. During that interview, they gave history of firm and an overview of the company culture. Asked how I heard of them and what I wanted to do. Then invited me for a formal phone interview. At this interview they asked a lot of bahvioral questions, and then asked me to describe myself in 3 words. Was invited to a second phone interview but have not yet had it.
