Interview
The recruiters take a while to get back to you after you initially submit an application online. If you really want the position, I would reach out the recruiter soon after submitting a resume and follow-up every once in a while if you don't hear back. Then the series of phone screens/interviews are spread out a lot, but once you have an interview with the team you'll be working with, the response rate is very quick. Only negative is that the hiring process takes several weeks/months and is done later in the season compared to other companies.
3-4 rounds of 1:1 interviews - only 30 mins each. They ask a few questions about your experience and maybe have time for one or two of your questions at the end. After the final interview it took over 3 weeks to hear back and all you get is a generic template with no reasoning on why you weren’t selected.

Interview
Received my first phone screen within two weeks of applying. Learned about company culture and just discussed Quicken Loans culture. Then a week later got a phone call asking for me to interview with another person. Felt interview went well but did not get any contact within the time frame they provided. Reached out and they finally got back to me saying they had no openings.
