Pretty simple and no bs interview process. The HR person in charge of helping you will be friendly and the phone interviews are easy. You can get away with not knowing too much. After this, you take a comprehension test online— totally doable but take it kind of serious. Finally, the webcam interview: a bit harder for sure but comparable to any other interview. Just do your research on things like the isms

A good process. Well done by the hiring manager. Super welcoming, understanding, and helpful through the whole process. However the final interview is awkward because it doesn’t seem the hiring manager passes info along to higher ups.

I participated in a 15 minute phone screen after applying online. The recruiter was nice and easy going and really just trying to figure out if you're comfortable with their expectations.
You start with a class that starts a month out for your licensing training, base pay of $20/hr. Once you receive your licensing which takes about 6 months, you're cut down to min. wage and completely dependent on your commission. There is also no remote/WFH option, and you are required to work 10-12 hour days including weekends.
