I received a call from a Quicken Loan Recruiter. He went over my resume and wanted a career summary. He explained the position is a contract position with Aerotek which could lead to a permanent position with Quicken Loans. You're required to work 9-7 (3 days),10-8 (2 days) and every other Saturday (10-4). No paid time off (including holidays). Second interview with another recruiter, interview questions consisted of easy customer service issues (ex. tell me how you handle irate customer, how to handle a question you don't have the answer to).Third interview with a team leader. I decline to move on with the interview, hours too long for individual with a family, pay to start $13.47 however you make decent money by working overtime which is 50-55 hours a week.

Question 1
Tell me about the worse experience in your career outside of layoff, termination or personal situation?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rocket in Sep 2020
Interview
Very simple. Interviewer was awesome - felt like a conversation with a friend! Explained everything so well and everything was very straight-forward. I had applied to a few positions and when they called they had told me about a couple of openings for some of the ones I applied for and explained them all really well.

Question 1
What was the most difficult task you had to deal with and how did you handle it
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rocket (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty good. Once I came in for the interview - I was EXTREMELY impressed about the office environment. The work hard, play harder kind of atmosphere. I look forward to working with this Company considering the perks and OT.
