I really enjoyed the company culture and the attitude many of the employees brought into work, but my interview was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer had his feet on the desk the entire time and just tried to intimidate me. I understand that companies have their own unique interview style, but this guy was just out of line. I had driven 4 hours for this interview and he didn't seem to care about anything but money. I understand it is a business, but all he wanted to know about me was what I wanted to buy within the next two years. I personally wanted to save and that answer didn't seem to go over well. He seemed like a frat boy still trying to live the college dream. I bet the company would be cool to work for if you didn't have to deal with management.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
