Got contacted by a recruiter two or three times to figure out what position would be best to interview for. Had two phone interviews, got hired on the final phone interview. Didn't actually have a face-to-face interview with anyone.

Interview
Very simple. Interviewer was awesome - felt like a conversation with a friend! Explained everything so well and everything was very straight-forward. I had applied to a few positions and when they called they had told me about a couple of openings for some of the ones I applied for and explained them all really well.

After you submit your resume, you'll get a phone call from a recruiter, it took about 5 days to hear back. The phone call lasted about 30min. He asked the standard interview questions.. Why would you be a good fit? Hardest task you had to deal with? How did you handle it.. Etc

Interview
The interview process was pretty good. Once I came in for the interview - I was EXTREMELY impressed about the office environment. The work hard, play harder kind of atmosphere. I look forward to working with this Company considering the perks and OT.
