Interview
I went to a job fair and gave my resume to a quicken loans recruiter. I got a call 2 days later requesting to do a background check and credit check and to set up an interview. Once all the checks went through, I went to an in person interview another 5 days after. It took two weeks after the first interview to hear back from my recruiter for the second in person interview. I was told they would set up an interview that week and asked which days I was free. I then received a call the next day saying they no longer saw me fit the position.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
