I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter. Filled out a credit check form. I was scheduled for an interview a few weeks later. I arrived at their location, I interviewed with a recruiter. The environment stress free but the interview was not. I don't think the recruiter liked me.

Interview
Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
