I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rocket in Aug 2021
Interview
Applied, then one month later a recruiter reached out. I had to do a virtual test of the day to day job duties that basically simulated what the job would be like and I’m assuming tested for being able to multitask efficiently. A day or so after the test, my recruiter reached out and let me know that I passed with flying colors then scheduled an informations interview the following week. After learning more about the job and confirming this was something I wanted, he scheduled another interview the following week after that. This was honestly just a rundown of start date, class, and the SAFE/UST exam as well as pay rate. I don’t remember actually having an actual interview - I just remember passing the exam and getting hired lol.
They want to know your sales skills, will ask you questions to see how you can sell them on the skills that you have tio sell, not bad of you are personal and give them emotional appeal.
Series of phone calls very easy. Ask you about culture and work ethic for the most part. They are just looking for hard working people who are self motivated. I know some people had zoom calls but mine were just phone calls. They want you to accept the offer within a couple days as well which I found annoying.
Two calls with a recruiter, one in person interview with a director, and a final call with recruiter to receive job offer. I enjoyed the experience but wish it would have been a little quicker!
