Interview
I interviewed for an internship with Quicken Loans, Inc. in April of 2011. This was only the second or third year the internship program was in place. The interview process consisted of two telephone interviews (although I understand they have begun doing onsite interviews for certain teams/internship positions). The questions were fairly generic and were asked by a team that specifically recruited for interns. That said, they certainly sold the job description differently than would a Team Lead on the team you are ultimately placed with (the drawback to having an internal recruiting team that doesn't work hand-in-hand with a specific internal team). Company culture was something specifically harped upon. While Dan Gilbert and the QL Family of Companies are very active in the resurgence of Detroit, I would advise touching on it, but not overemphasizing it. Your interviewing for a job with a online mortgage lender, not for an urban renewal company.

Interview
It was a phone interview. It was mostly a screening process. They ask you questions regarding your resume. Then they said that they will let you know within 2 weeks (but they may not). It was a short thirty-minute interview.

Interview
Three team leaders ask you questions about your plan, your understanding of the position, your programming skills like SQL, and your research. All the questions focus on my resume, no very challenge questions, they seem did not expect too much from interns.
