Interview
My interviewer was brutal. He was very aggressive and almost provocative with his questions. Really dug deep into my history to see if my story added up or not. Not that i had anything to hide but i felt it was unnecessary.
2 guys were in the room during the interview. 1 asked the questions. I felt he was unprofessional and rude.
At the end he handed me a sheet of paper with info on it. Gave me a few minutes to look over it and then they left the room and had me call them and sell them this made up financial product.
The other dude answers and role plays a busy ignorant customer that seems disinterested.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
