Interview process starts off with an initial phone call from the recruiting side, they ask you what you know about the company and what you know about the role you are applying for. Then they ask you why you want to come on board to quicken. (Advice do your homework about the company). Next you get another call from an actual recruiter and they ask you the same set of questions, ask you why you want to leave your old job to come to someplace where the sale is 100% over the phone. They ask you what you know about banking the process ect. After that you get invited for an in person interview where they break down the pay/hours/bonuses/promotions and lay the expectations, if you accept that, they will leave and set up a mock sale on material they give you about 5 mins to sell, I had to sell the features of Quizzle, it is a credit protection program to help you build your score up to qualify for a mortgage. ( It is easy, do not stress, they want to hear you on the phone, so sound energetic, and confident!) After that you go on a tour and see the banking floor, meet with a Director of Mortgage Banking. Here this person has all the power in the world to hire you, you want to be direct with the answers, these guys have proven their worth in sales, they can be really easy and hire you with minimal questions or they want you to prove your self, why QL, what made you leave your job, what makes you think you will be successful selling 100% on the phone, whats the most expensive thing you sold. Last what they will ask you to do is leave a voice mail as to why they should hire you. (this is to test your voice mail skill which you leave ALOT of, so be energetic as you can be!
